| 2 hideouts busted | | | Early Times Reporter

Police on Monday claimed to have busted militant hideouts at two different places on the upper reaches of Reasi District .
Officals told KM T that a joint team of Police and 182 Bn. of BSF on a tip off launched a search operation in Gogatop area of district Reasi and recovered a cache of arms and ammunition.
The recovered arms and ammunition included a UBGL, one pistol magazine, one AK magazine, two Radio Antenna, 157 rounds of AK, two rounds of pistol one RPL and one RPL Booster.
They sad that during another operation Mahore police and 61- RR in Khalah area of Barnall falling under the jurisdiction of police station Mahore recovered one 303 BA rifle and one UBGL.
There was no report of any arrests or killing of militants during the twin operations.
Meanwhile during a joint search launched Police Kandi and Army in general area of Matha Tikka police station Kandi, troops busted a hide out and recovered two AK magazines, twelve rounds of AK ammunition, one Bike battery, 7.8 Kgs of IED, one pouch were recovered. |
