Based on specific information, troops of 61 Rashtirya Rifles (JAT), under the aegis of 15 Sector RR, Uniform Force recovered a cache in general area Lancha near Gool in Reasi district today. The recovered cache comprises of four UBGL Grenades, two Hand grenades, seven electronic Detonators, two AK magazines, 98 rounds of PIKA ammunition and huge quantity of assorted ammunitions.
In another incident, the troops of 60 Rashtriya Rifles (NAGA), under the aegis of 163 Infantry Brigade, Uniform Force recovered another cache in general area Tangawali near Budhal in Reasi district, today. The recovered cache comprises of one IED of five kgs explosives with accessories and battery, three rounds of UBGL Grenade Launcher and assorted ammuntions.
Meanwhile, in another incident, troops of 182 BSF Battalion under the aegis of Uniform Force recovered a cache in general area Didda near Arnas, which comprises of one RPG with booster, one UBGL, six rounds of UBGL and huge quantity of assorted ammunitions. |
