| UDF for special trains during Amaranth yatra | | | Early Times Reporter Udhampur | May 7 Rajinder Kumar, President District Udhampur Development Forum has appealed to Lalu Prasad Yadav Union Railway Minister to start special trains from different parts of India to Udhampur during forth coming Amarnath Yatra. As per release, Rajinder Kumar has reminded Yadav that it is the best form of worship of Lord Shiva by him if Shiva devotes are allowed to travel in the rail head traveling point and which is the nearest place for the journey to Amar Nath Cave. The development forum leader again reminded Yadav that during the summer special trains are sanctioned every year to the J&K state to cater the tourist and pilgrim rush but such trains are never allowed to run up to Udhampur which is the last railway station in northern India under a well planned conspiracy to deprive the economic benefits to the people of the hilly and backward district of Udhampur. |
