Jammu, May 12: School Education Employees Co -Ordination Committee delegation led by Amar Nath Thakur State Chairman SEECC/JKJTF called on Anuradha Gupta Director School Education Jammu and submitted a charter of demands which included, recommendation for sanctioning eleven clerical and other posts in all seventeen Educational Hanging Zones of Jammu division under N P scheme which have not been sanctioned while creating these zone in 1991 as a result all work of these Zones is carried on through attachment of teachers at the cast of students, conducting departmental enquiry for diverting the salary grant of 227 head teachers under SSA of Kathua district to other head as a result no salary has been drawn for the months of Dec, 2017 to Feb 2018 of these head teachers since then, implementing rational transparent transfer policy as framed by Education Department and transfer all those who have completed their stay in winter and far flung areas to their home towns, adjustment of surplus Lecturers, Masters, releasing list of all DPC of all cadres, particularly of Masters to Headmasters, Creation of HRM cell in the Directorate for timely DPC as directed by Adm. Department, releasing of salary grant of all SSA head teachers, RET teachers not released till date, clearing all cases of RET Teachers grade II at the earliest, Clearing TBP cases of Master etc . |
