The entire Transport Nagar locality is reeling now a day under severe water scarcity.
People in general have been suffering a lot due to non-availability of water in this hot summer, as PHE has failed to ensure its timely supply.
The worst hit areas included Yard No. 2, 4 and 6 in Transport Nagar. Even, the resentment is brewing up among the residents of the area.
Jagga, President of ward No. 2, while talking to “Early Times” expressed anguish against the concerned authorities for not responding to the demand of people, as he said lot of problems were being faced by them due to the extreme water shortage.
He, however, threatened to launch an agitation if the concerned authorities were failed to met the demands of the residents. |
