JTC, SKF express concern over lack of ration supplies

Jammu, May 13: A joint meeting of Jagti Tenement Committee (JTC) and Soan Kashmir Front (SKF) J&K was held here today under the Chairmanship of Shadi Lal Pandita, President, JTC/SKF (J&K). The meeting was attended by the office bearers and members. During the course of meeting the participants have expressed their grave concern over the lack of ration supplies to the Migrant Relief Holders from the concerned Ration Depots for the month of April and May and 2019. Shadi Lal Pandita while addressing the participants has said that though the Ration slips books have been issued by the different Relief Zones to the Relief Holder migrants affiliated with their zones but no ration supplies has been provided to the Ration Dealers of Jagti and other camps and non camps with the result the beneficiaries have been put to lot of sufferings and rendered unable to meet their domestic requirements. Pandita has demanded that the authorities concerned should ensure early ration supplies to the Ration depots meant for Migrants both in camps and Non camps enabling the Ration card holders to procure monthly ration to meet their domestic needs. Pandita has demanded that for past more than 29 years the part portion of the exgratia sanctioned in favour of such migrant beneficiaries whose properties had been gutted in Kashmir Valley had been kept with held.
