| RSS pays tribute to 1857 martyrs | | | Early Times Reporter

The activists of ‘Rashtriya Swayemsevak Sangh (RSS) paid glowing tributes to freedom fighters of 1857 at various places in the winter capital of the state. At number of places lamps were lit by the workers and kept two minutes silence in their memory.
The organizer of the function Brig, Suchet Singh on the occasion said, during the lost one year tributes were paid in memory of the martyers who laid their live for the centuries independence. He urged upon the people particularly to younger generation to get inspire from these martyrs who sacrificed their lives for us. He said the main purpose of the function is to get new generation aware about the martyers who played a important role in countries independence. |
