Controversies are apparently running after the Congress brigade as in the latest case another leader with high protocol has been summoned to the Court in a defamation case.
Sub-Judge Jammu YP Bourney has issued bailable warrants against Arvinder Singh Micky presently Deputy Chairman of Legislative Council in a defamation case and warrants sent to SSP Jammu for execution with the direction its return before the Court on next date of hearing June 3, 2008.
While issuing bailable warrants against a political leader, Sub-Judge Jammu YP Bourney said that complainant along with his counsel present, accused absent. Warrant issued earlier has not returned. Notice issued to SHO concerned to show cause as to why he be not punished of disobedience of the order and fresh warrants issued.
A defamation case has been filed by Thakur Ashwani Singh r/o Gandhi Nagar Jammu against S Arvinder Singh in the court of Sub-Judge Jammu u/s 500 RPC. S. Arvinder alias Micky filed a revision petition against the order of Sub-Judge Jammu before the 1st Additional Sessions Judge Jammu who dismissed the revision petition and directed parties to appear before the Trial Court. |
