Early Times Report

JAMMU, May 18: Former Minister and Senior Congress leader, Mula Ram condemned the killing of a person in firing in the communally-sensitive Bhaderwah Valley holding the BJP MLAs responsible for repeated incidents in Bhadarwah and Kishtwar region. In the meeting held here on Saturday organised by District Congress Committee (DCC), Jammu Rural, Mula Ram held BJP responsible for the incident. He said despite the four Ex-MLAs and one Member Parliament of BJP from the region, the Saffron Party has been failed to secure the lives of minority living in the region. He termed the killing of a youth as most unfortunate and asserted that are some anti-national elements which are hell-bent to disturb the communal harmony in the area. Mula Ram termed the incident as an attempt to revive terrorism in the Chenab Valley and strongly denounced the administration for its failure to solve the murder of four lives in Kishtwar town even after deploying NIA. DCC President, Hari Singh Chib said that since the BJP had taken over the charge in the Centre there attacks on security forces not only in Jammu & Kashmir but across the country in the past five years have been increase manifold. He questioned the policy of BJP Government on terrorism and Pakistan, and said that the Modi Government had failed on the policy of Zero Tolerance to Terrorism and on the national security front.
