Auction of 2nd PPCPL teams held

Jammu, May 18: The auction for the selected players is being held in the presence of M.K. Sinha IGP Jammu who is the Chairman of Organizing Committee of the league at Police Auditorium in the forthcoming "2nd Police Public Cricket Premier League for under-17 boys" which is going to be organize by Zonal Police Headquarters Jammu in collaboration with KC Sports Club & Vishal Cricket Club Jammu from 27th of May to 4th of June, 2019 at KC Sports Club Jammu. MK SInha IGP Jammu was the Chief Guest on the occasion whereas Tejinder Singh SSP Jammu and Ramesh Mahajan former Chairman JKCA were the Guests of honour. Others who present on the occasion are Rajesh Sharma SSP SO to IGP Jammu, Rajesh Gill, Rajesh Dhar, Rakesh Koul, Vivek Singh, Saleem Ur Rehman, Gurvinder Singh and the teams owners including Romesh Mahajan & Ankush Abrol Owner/Mentor of KC Royals, Arjun Choudhary Owner of KC Sports Club, Ramanpreet Singh Wazir owner of Samar Strikers, Ashok Chodhary of AKN Strikers, Vijay Sharma owner of Patel Cricket Club, Taginder Singh owner of Vriddhi Royals, Ashish Singh of Horizon Kings, Robin Singh owner of Count Fitness Hurricans, Avinash Uttam of The Game Changers and Sharukh Pathan of GSI Tigers (Kathua). While speaking on the occasion, the Chief Guest IGP Jammu stated that the main objective of the J&K Police is to engage the youths at grass root level in different sports activities so that they become able to showcase their sports skills and maintain a positive view in studies and sports.
