Early Times Reporter Jammu | May 12 A six day Summer Camp was organized at Air Force Station Jammu under the aegis of Air Force Wives Welfare Association. More than 160 children participated in the Camp. Parasailing, Swamming, Health run, Yoga, meditation, Karate, Aerobics, Quiz, Aero modeling, Dramatics, Dances, Route Marches, visits to local military units, Air Force units, Clay modeling, Painting, Rangoli, Craft and Show your talent classes were conducted for all campers. For senior campers personality development, Public speaking, group discussion, Career counseling, News review, Obstacle courses and pre-SSB orientation capsules were conducted by Wing Commander Bapiraju. At the closing ceremony Chief guest Group Captain V Prakash, Station Commander said that such adventure activities would encourage the children to inculcate the spirit of leadership qualities in them. |
