Kathua police has claimed to have solved a sensational theft case. One Anil Kumar Gupta S/o Vidya Sagar Gupta r/o Chak Munsif Dhar Pali Morh Kathua lodged a complaint in police station Kathua about theft of Rs 50000 from his house. In his complaint he said that somebody had struck in his house and decamped with Rs 50000. A team led by SHO and Chowki incharge Kathua under the supervision of SSP Kathua JP Singh was constituted. The police team picked up suspected persons who had access to the house. During interrogation one suspect namely Vikram Chand alias Mithu S/o Subash Chander r/o Patli Morh disclosed that he had entered the house and committed the theft of Rs 50000 and on his disclosure the same amount was recovered within two days of the theft |
