| One dies of food poisoning, three unconscious | | | Early Times Reporter

One of a family of nomads from Katra died while three others fell unconsciousness reportedly due to food poisoning. Zubeda Begum w/o Mohd Yousuf died and other family members identified as Mohd Yousuf, Zohira Begum and Liaquat Ali fell consciousness allegedly after having poisonous food. When contacted to SHO Anantnag said that the nomadic family used same utensils for preparing medicines for their cattle and this might have spoiled their food. They were rushed to Anantnag hospital. A case under section 174 RPC has been registered in this regard. |
