Sat inspects ongoing developmental works in Ward 33

Jammu, May 22: In order to review the quality of ongoing developmental works in Jammu West Assembly segment, Former State President BJP and Ex Minister Sat Sharma (CA) visited Ward 33 of the Constituency and inspected the status of ongoing developmental works in the area. Sharma along with others visited Lane no. 27 of the ward where Black Topping works are in progress and also visited other adjoining lanes where works of construction of lanes and drains are in progress. He was also accompanied by District President BJP Ayodhya Gupta and General Secretary Munish Khajuria.
The total cost of Blacktopping works are Rupees 7.50 lakhs which is being done under the supervision of PWD and cost of work on lanes and drains is Rupees 6.50 lakhs which is being done under the supervision of JMC.
Speaking on the occasion, Sat Sharma said that the main motive of the visit was to check ongoing developmental works in the Ward and to interact with the inhabitants of the which he always does in his daily routine and every resident with whom we interacted gave a positive response concerning development works done in the area, he said.
He also stated there were so many pending demands in the area which were solved during his tenure as MLA. He also stated that people were facing lot of distress in the area due to power problems but keeping in view the demands of inhabitants new transformer was installed which gave a major relief to inhabitants and now there is no power crisis in the area.
Ayodhya Gupta highlighted the achievements done in various areas of Jammu West and stated that BJP did a lot of development in every nook and corner of the Assembly and it was also the efforts of our Ex MLA that helped in bringing some major projects in the Constituency including Mini stadium at Bhagwati Nagar, Changing of water pipes and sewerage lines, macdamization of roads, installation of hundreds of transformers and many more.
