Early Times Report

Doda, May 24: With an aim to maintain peace, social harmony and tranquility in the district, District Magistrate Doda, Dr Sagar D Doifode issued the order of detention of three persons under the aforementioned act.
It is pertinent to mention here that the grounds on which all the three accused's are detained under the act are of different nature and can harm the society upto the unprecedented magnitude, like growing drug menace among the young generation, growing anti national/un lawful activities and other acts which can harm the social fabric, resulting in the communal discord in the society.
To curb these types of activities, that can create deep wedges and fractures in the already sophisticated society of the region, the district administration/dm has ordered to detain all the three persons for their criminal misconduct of the varying degrees, which could be harmful for the peace of the state as well as for nation.
