Babu Singh, Minister for Power, has sought independent inquiry into the killing of IDP leader Hoshier Singh and his wife who were gunned down by the militants in Samba on bloody Sunday morning.
In an letter addressed to the State Chief Minister copy thereof endorsed to newspapers today, Babu Singh said that in view allegations of the IDP cadre that these killings were targeted one, the best course would be to go in for an independent inquiry to set at rest the misgivings, if any, prevailing among the IDP cadre and some sections of the people. |
