| Thieves decamp with, gold cash from 3 houses in broad day light | | | Early Times Reporter

A group of thieves reportedly struck at village Bablehar in R S Pura this afternoon and decamp with gold and cash stolen from three houses of the same village.
Sources said that the thieves simultaneously broke open the house of Balbir Singh, Sardoor Singh and Kuldeep Singh and fled with the gold and cash in the houses. The members of these families who were out in fields came to know only when on their return they saw their houses ransacked with jewelry and cash missing.
Sources said the thieves took away gold and cash worth over a lakh which include 13 0 gram gold and twenty thousand cash from Saroor Singh's house , 120 gram gold from Kuldeep Singh's House and 1 ½ gram gold and 2 thousand rupees cash from Balbir Singh's House.
The matter was immediately reported to police who has taken up investigation after inspecting the crime spots. |
