| JKNPP to hold silver jubilee function | | | Early Times Reporter

JKNPP is going to celebrate its silver jubilee in the union capital from May 31 to June 2. This was disclosed by the party supremo Prof. Bhim Singh at a press conference here today.
Bhim said during the celebrations, achievements of the party during the last 25 years will be discussed. He added future plans for strengthening democracy and rule of law in the state will also be discussed. He said about 500 delegates from block presidents to districts office bearers drawn form all the three region of state (Kashmir, Jammu and Ladakh) are participating in the historic meet.
He appealed to the Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh to convene urgent meeting of National Integration council (NIC) to discuss the situation arisen due to militants attack.
Meanwhile, Kashmir Council of JKNPP has condemned the terrorist attack at Samba and Jaipur in which several valuable lives were lost. |
