A meeting of United Diploma Engineers Welfare Forum was held here today in which members criticized a Govt order alleging that nepotism and discrimination has been done in the posting and transfers of the Junior Engineers.
The members alleged that most of Junior Engineers who have completed more than three years tenure have been left out where as premature Junior Engineer have been transferred there by reviving the transfer industry.
The major Nepotism is clearly justified from the fact in which some blue eyed persons have been posted directly to the section and with divisions which have never been done before, there by diluted the powers of Chief Engineer and Executive Engineer, a press release sad adding that the order is a glare example of favoritism and Nepotism which shall be checked and clear guideline shall be adopted in the transfer of Junior Engineers.
The members appeal to the Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad and Minister of PHE & IVFC Mohd Dilawar Mir to personally intervene into the matter. |
