| 9th Nelay Kesari dangal on May 20 | | | Early Times Reporter

The 9th Annual Nelay Kesari Vishal Dangal , organized by Nelay Dangal Committee under the aegis of J&K Indian Style Wrestling Association, shall take place at Searly, near helipad in holy town of Katra on May 20.
A decision in this regard was taken in a meeting of the organizers held under the chairmanship of Shiv Kumar Sharma, president of the Association. The meeting besides others was attended by the members of Nelya Dangal Committee. They were Kuldeep Kumar Sanmotra (president), Radhay Sham, Vijay Kumar Sanmotra and Romesh Chander.
“Elaborate arrangements have been made for the smooth conduct of the event as also the stay of the local and outside wrestlers at Hotel Basera and Subash Guest House,” Kuldeep Kumar said.
Total estimated expenditure to be incurred on the conduct of this dangal is Rs 80,000 and the amount has been raised by the Dangal Committee from and among the sports lovers of Katra, informed Shiv Kumar Sharma in a handout issued here today.
Besides other committees a technical committee has been formed which comprised Kuldeep Kumar, Pappu Lakri, Capt (Retd) Lehar Singh, Mohd Fareed and Vijay Kumar. |
