| BSF DG’s visit put off | | | Early Times Reporter

The visit of Director General of Border Security Force, who was scheduled to be here today, was put off following the situation arising out of late Tuesday evening serial blasts in Jaipur.
DG BSF AK Mitra was scheduled to visit Jammu today to review situation following infiltration and subsequent militant attack in Samba sector. After the Jaipur serial blasts on Tuesday evening which left 63 people dead, his visit was postponed and was rescheduled for Thursday.
However, BSF sources told EARLY TIMES here this evening that even the visit scheduled for Thursday has been cancelled and no fresh date has been fixed. Mitra will be now visiting Jammu only after the situation arising out of Jaipur blasts settles down. |
