KIDZEE makes its entry in city of temples
Minister inaugurates Zee network playway

JAMMU, AUGUST 30 -Transport Minister Mr. Mangat Ram Sharma today inaugurated KIDZEE- a playway school of Zee Network Limited. The playway, a franchisee of renowned media baron and celebrated news network was opened in the premises of S.M. Shishu Niketan at Patta Bohri
Inspecting the facilities and new concept of learning while playing, after inaugurating the KIDZEE, the Minister said that it is infact a world class concept with a changed pedagogy well suited and scientifically apt for the infants.
KIDZEE with over 300 centres across the country is a largest chain of pre-schools in India, he said, adding that now with a yet another centre at Jammu, the playway institution would be source of inspiration for other also to upgrade their standards besides infusing in competition.
The Minister was particularly impressed by the hygiene, security and activity hub of the KIDZEE that provides for exposing the real talent of the students in making them learn through art, craft, dance, music, and performing arts.
Complimenting the school management for arraying in this new conception, Mr. Sharma also dwelt on linkages between education promotion and tourism.
The Minister said that the tourism department must make efforts to promote the talent of the students by selecting some best presentation for depiction before the visitors during cultural festivals. He said that the rich culture of state alone has the potential to woo tourists and refereed to the emerging model of Cultural tourism.
Enthralled by the fancy dress presentation by the infants of the school, Mr. Sharma remarked, ‘it is one of the best and finest presentation I have ever witnessed’.
Among others, Deputy Commissioner Jammu Mr. Hirdesh Kumar Singh, Director Tourism Mr. Ajay Khajuria and Joint Director Information Mr. S.K. Sharma were present on the occasion.
