Guv’s statement on corruption factual but will he act: AAP
6/12/2019 10:25:47 PM
Early Times Report
JAMMU, June 12: Terming Governor Satya Pal Malik's statement on huge corruption at all levels within the state as factual and well exposed, the Aam Admi Party (AAP) said though the Governor is correct but it remains to be seen will he be able to curb the same in view of a situation where power lusted RSS and BJP have no parameters in their power grabbing agenda.
While addressing a press conference here today, the founder member & National Council member of AAP Deep Singh said that Malik also tried to narrate his self-image stories and some expected results of enquiries in near future which of course were demoralizing on his part, he added.
Malik on one hand told about the worst corrupt practice within Civil Secretariat and other departments including JK Bank but no curbing signals are yet being observed despite formation of his ACB for the last six months, Deep Singh stated. He should have restored the old image of SAC & SVC through ordinances as a strong signal towards the corrupt but he failed to do so, he added. Malik statement on corruption and nepotism is the root cause of terrorism is very much true but will he act strongly against the corrupt within NC, PDP, Congress & BJP Is again a question Mark, Singh added.
