| Khoda visits Sodhi's residence | | | Early Times Reporter

The Director General of Police Kuldeep Khoda today visited the residence of Chief Photo Journalist of Daily Excelsior late Ashok Sodhi to express sympathies with the bereaved family.
Khoda said that Sodhi's killing in a terror attack at Samba while performing his professional duties is a great loss to the media fraternity and the state. He said his sacrifice would go a long way in inspiring the fellow professionals towards commitment and devotion in performing their duties
The DGP assured all possible support to the family on behalf of J&K Police force. He said that the entire police force is behind the bereaved family in their hour of grief.
Later, Khoda also visited Press Club here and paid homage to late Sodhi who was the founder member of the Club and recorded his condolence remarks on the Press Club register. |
