| Qarra’s statement on SVO is unfortunate: Rehman | | | Early Times Reporter

The recent statement of finance minister Hamid Qarra against the working of State Vigilance Organization (SVO) and shielding of corrupt bureaucrats by chief minister was seriously discussed in the meeting of Samajwadi Party (SP) workers held under the Chairmanship of its president Sheikh Abdul Rehman here today.
Sheikh said the recent statement of CM that corruption has turned out a complete failure. He further said that Qarra’s statement that SVO is creating hurdles in the government activities besides is working on religion and region bases is also very unfortunate misleading and besides encouraging corrupt elements in the state administration he said and added it clearly shows that government is giving fill up to corruption and have no intention to curb corruption .
The meeting appealed the general public to teach a lesson to such leaders & political parties in the coming general elections. Prominent among others who were present in the meeting included Col. (retd) B.S. Choudhary,Ram Prakash Sharma, Fayaz Ahmed Bhat, Sheikh Mohd.Shafi, Sham Lal Mahasha, Suram Chand, Smt. Preeto Devi,and Nanna Ji Wattal etc. |
