Three persons, including a lady, made an abortive attempt to commit suicide by consuming poisonous substance at their respective houses.
According to reports, Sohan Lal son of Jagdish Raj resident of Sunderbani, Narinder son of Kasturi Lal resident of Bajli colony, Samba and Jyoti Devi wife of Romesh resident of Gangyal, made an attempt to commit suicide by consuming poison . They were immediately shifted to GMC Hospital here where doctors provided them immediate treatment.
In the meanwhile, eight persons were injured in separate road accidents across Jammu region during the last 24 hours. |
