On the occasiobn of “Buddhi Purnima”, an impressive function was held at “Mahabodhi Deepa Centre”, Bantalab..
During the function speakers threw light on the life of Lord Buddha. Speakers were of the opinion that in the present turmoil ridden world, the preaching of Lord Buddha has become more relevant. They said, training of mind as prescribed by Lord Buddha is a answer to all the ill of the world and his guidance to the suffering humanity to follow Panchshed aval Ashtalangik marga with middle path, which ahs now become more relevant in the world, fast becoming violent with full of full of stress and strain in every walk of life.
Among others who spoke on the occasion were, Natar Prakash Bavoria, Tarseem Lal, Banarsi Lal Buddha, Mridulla Kirti, R L Bhangotra, Tsewang Dorje and Dr Dorje Sweeing. |
