A top militant of Lashker-e-toiba was killed in an encounter with security forces in Bandipora district today.
Abdul Rehman alias "Zia", a resident of Pakistan, was killed in a gunfight with a joint search party of Police and Rashtriya Rifles at Saderkote in north Kashmir Bandipora district, the sources said.
Some arms and ammunition were also recovered from him, they said. |
