| Rejoinder to Bush Cry on 'Kashmir' | | | Early Times Reporter

Prof. Bhim Singh, Chairman of JKNPP and Member of National Integration Council (NIC) has served a sharp rejoinder to US President, George W. Bush's statement that 'Kashmir is ripe' for solution. Mr. Bush made this statement to the world media after meeting Yousuf Raza Gillani, the Pakistan Prime Minister in Egypt yesterday.
Prof. Bhim Singh has questioned US sincerity vis-à-vis stability and peace in Asia particularly in reference to South-East Asia. The Panthers Party Chief asked US President if it were not the US responsible for the so-called Kashmir Problem? If it were not the US which instigated Pakistan to raise the issue of plebiscite in Kashmir? If it were not the US which authored the Dixon Plan and abetted both Sir Owen Dixon and Graham to manipulate international lobby against India? If it were not US which pampered Pakistan inside and outside the Security Council against India vis-à-vis Kashmir?
Prof. Bhim Singh asked President George Bush to spell out the Kashmir problem or situation and come forward about his solution which he has shared with Pakistani Prime Minister yesterday.
The Panthers Party Chief reminded President George Bush that it were the US which invaded Mexico, annexed an occupied 13 Mexican States which formed part of the USA. When American President calls Kashmir Solution he should also think over the solution of the Spanish speaking southern states of USA.
The Panthers Party Chief which represents unequivocal voice of Jammu and Kashmir questioned Bush if he proposes the same solution to Kashmir which the US has imposed in Palestine or in Iraq? He in his rejoinder has advised Mr. Bush to understand the genesis of the so-called Kashmir situation which was created by the Pakistani Aggression against Jammu and Kashmir in 1947. The Indian Parliament in a unanimous resolution has laid down the national proclamation that there is only one factor of the Kashmir problem and that is the illegal occupation of parts of the Territories of Jammu and Kashmir in PoK and Gilgit by Pakistan. Let Mr. Bush tell his Pakistani friends to vacate the illegal aggression of Kashmir. There will be no problem left on the national or international arena. The Panthers Party Chief advised Anglo-American Bloc to keep off South-East Asia and leave it for the people of the Sub-continent to sort out their problems between themselves. |
