| PWD, GREF misusing funds meant for road development: JKNPP | | | Early Times REporter

Holding PWD and GREF both responsible for the condition of the road from Surankote to the Poonch, the General Secretary, Jammu and Kashmir National Panther Party (JKNPP), Gulam Ali demanded probe in to the road construction work done by the both agencies.
Addressing a press conference here today, Ali who was on tour of the area for last five days, alleged that due to the use of substandard material in the road construction work the condition of the road is very bad on whom even no one can walk.
While the government is issuing statements regarding the development works started in the said areas, where as in actual there is no development work started by any agencies.
He further added that the level of the unemployment is on rise at the government is only issuing advertisement in newspapers regarding the now posts in various departments.
He also criticized the government for destroying centuries old Poonch powerhouse at Khori-Nar for their vested interests and now the government is preparing a modern Swimming pool especially for the Chief Minister in that area,
Among others who accompanied Gulam Ali were Anita Thakur, Thakur Dass and Salim Sheikh.
