| MEA hails Govt decision on demands | | | Early times Reporter

Hailing the decision of state government to concede to their demands, All Jammu and Kashmir Health and Medical Employees Association (MEA) held a meet here today.
The meeting was held under the chairmanship of president MEA, Dharminder Singh and was attended by a large number of medical employees as well as the members of working committee.
Speaking on the occasion, Singh expressed satisfaction over the cabinet decision to accept the demands of the MEA which include regularization of the contractual employees engaged before 2004.
The working committee also expressed their gratitude towards the Chief Minister for his favorable decision and the committee for making favorable recommendations in respect of the ad hoc employees. Among others who speak during the meet were Bua Ditta, Sham Pal, Radhey Sham, Manmohan Singh and Kul Raj.
