| Sodhi’s death insurance claim settled in record time | | | Early Times Reporter

The New India Assurance Company has settled the death insurance claim of late Ashok Sodhi, senior photo journalist of Excellsior, who was killed in militant attack at Samba recently in a record time.
The Company has paid Rs. one lakh personal accident claim to his family besides Rs.5000 as education grant to the daughter of the deceased in record time.
A press release said that V K Anand, divisional manager, G S Bali branch manager, Joginder Sharma development officer and staff of the Company, Shalimar Road, here have put in their best efforts to settle the claim of the deceased in a shortest possible time.
The Company has also expressed deep shock and grief over the demise of Sodhi and conveyed its heartfelt sympathies with the bereaved family, the handout added. |
