| Aayushi fill nomination papers for the post of Vice President YLA | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, July 15: Aaayushi Sharma Advocate has filed her nomination papers for the post of Vice-President of the Young Lawyers Association J&K High Court Jammu.
Aayushi was the first candidate of all contesting for Young Lawyers Association to have filed her nomination on the scheduled nomination filling dates issued by the Returning Officer Daljeet Singh Manhas Advocate.
Aayushi was accompanied by her colleagues, chamber mates, supporters and well wishers.
Aayushi Sharma Advocate while speaking to the supporters and media persons said that the only agenda of her coming in fray for contesting for the post of vice President YLA is upliftment of the young lawyers which is the need of the hour.
She also said that she will fight for the welfare of the Young advocates and for which she is contesting the elections to pursue her struggle for the rights of the young advocates of which they are deprived till date.
She explained what problems the young lawyers are facing and even they have to face many hardships as freshers.
She said that the main problem of the till date is brain drain and the talents amongst the young lawyers leaving the profession for greener pastures and social security.
She assured that she will try to organize some conferences and some seminars with the help of the team as well as main bar wherein many senior advocates would be requested to give lectures to the young budding lawyers to encourage them.
He also put light on the problems of the young lawyers like corruption in lower rung, work problems, stress, arrogance of the presiding officers and lack of library, computers and basic amenities and dignified sitting arrangements etc. |
