POONCH, July 17: Pathetic approach of Power Development department of Surankote can be ganged from the fact that a 25 KV electric transformer which was supposed to be installed in Paghla Village of Surankote town six Months ago is lying defunct on the road side for reasons best known to men at helms, gathering huge rust over it, sources said here today. A social activist of the area Hafiz Ahmed Said that he appeals the concerned authorities to make the said transformer functional and install it where it was required to be installed to give an un interrupted power supply to the locals of Paghla village, he added. |
