ADDC reviews implementation of various schemes in Udhampur

UDHAMPUR, July 17: Additional District Development Commissioner, Ashok Kumar, today chaired a meeting with officers of different departments to review implementation of various programmes and schemes in the district. Threadbare discussion was held on various issues related to status of uploading of data related to Back to village programme, Status of Back to School Survey, Scrutiny of existing beneficiaries and new eligible beneficiaries under NSAP & ISSS/Aadhar seeding, Status of opening of bank accounts at PRI level for ICDS, Status of child labour and rescue operations etc. During the meeting, Chief Education Officer informed the meeting that more than 300 teachers have been engaged across the district for survey of school dropouts under Back to school programme. While reviewing the pending cases of social security pension schemes, ADDC directed PO ICDS, to depute Supervisors to special gram sabhas to be organized from 19th July onwards along with list of Panchayat wise lists of existing and proposed beneficiaries for on spot registration, scrutiny and verification of pension beneficiaries. ADDC asked ACD to organize Gram Sabhas all over the district besides directing DSWO Udhampur to provide list of existing and proposed beneficiaries to ICDS. He asked PO ICDS to depute supervisor along with lists as per the schedule of Gram Sabhas. ADDC asked the CMO to aware the people regarding Ayushman Bharat Scheme by mobilizing ASHAs and Anganwadi workers in their respective areas and ensure that all the beneficiaries will be covered under these schemes and receive golden card.
Among others, Chief Planning Officer, Rajeev Bhushan, Assistant Commissioner Development, Neelam Khajuria, District Information Officer, Er. Sajad Bashir Somberia, Chief Education Officer, Balbir Singh, Chief Medical Officer, Dr. KC Dogra besides other officers of different departments were present in the meeting.
