Early Times Reporter R.S Pura | May 25 Swarankar Sangh in a meeting chaired by Krishanlal Abrol said during the chief ministership of Mufti Mohd Sayeed a memorandum was submitted to him and later on to present Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad, but till date there was no response. He said people engaged with trade were facing lot of problems and reduced jobless. He said, 24 states of the country have declared Swarnkars as backward, but J&K Government deprived them of this status. He appealed the state Government adopt same status to swarnkars of the state also. He on the occasion said, that shortly a deputation will call on Dr. Farooq Abdullha and will discuss the problems with him as elections are approaching for in the state. Among others who attend the meeting were Sewak Ram, Ashok Nischal, Raghbir Pal, Jagdish Sehdev, Joginder Verma, Parshotam dass verma, Krishan Chand Sethi, Krishan Lal Saraf, Manohar Lal, Rattan Lal, Ashok Kumar, Ramesh Lal, Master Tara Chand, Sukhdev, Ramesh Chohan, Sunder Bhasin, Satya pal, Rajinder Verma and Subash Abrol. |
