| Police arrest 2 drug peddlers, heroin recovered | | |  Early Times Report
Kathua, July 23: In a decisive action against drug menace, team of Police Station Kathua seized 8 grams of heroin and arrested two notorious drug peddlers wanted for spread of drugs in the area.
Team of Police Station Kathua apprehended two drug peddlers in Kathua namely Rocky Singh son of Rakesh kumar resident of Mahi Chack Morh Kathua and Ravinder Kumari wife of Lakshman Dass R/o Chack Drab Khan and seized 8 grams of heroin in their illegal possession from a place near Kuliyan Kathua.Both these accused persons were travelling in Alto car without number. Police also seized the Alto car.
Police station Kathua registered a case FIR no. 240/19 under section 8/21/22 NDPS Act against both the accused. Further investigation into the case is going on. |
