| IOC to celebrate 2006 as year of customer service excellence | | | JAMMU AUG-30 The Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) has decided year 2006 as the year of customer service excellence all the country. The drive named as ‘Sambandh’ aims to develop everlasting relationship with the customers as channel partners. As a part of the program, the Indane Area office Jammu today organized a drawing and painting competition for the children of their channel partners like distributors, deliverymen and other staff members of Jammu. Children who participated in the competition were drawn from different gas agencies of the city. Assistant Manager IOC Bharat Bhushan said that the aim of the program is to get first hand information about the problems of the customers. The participating children were later awarded by the senior journalist Manu Shrivatsa Narinder Sangral of Unique Indane Sainik colony and Prithvi Raj from Chenab Gas Agency were also present on the occasion.
