| HC to hear Chaitanya’s bail plea June 2 | | Megha Razdan Case | | Early Times Reporter

The bail application of the army captain Chaitanya Bhatwadekar would again come up for hearing in the Jammu and Kashmir High Court on Monday June 2.
Justice Sunil Hali of the Jammu and Kashmir High Court on Wednesday directed additional advocate general to file their objections ,if any, and also produce case diary of the case of army captain Chaitanya Bhatwadekar while hearing his bail application.
The application would again come up for hearing on Monday June 2.
Appearing on behalf of army captain counsel Sunil Sethi submitted before the high court that army captain, who is still serving judicial remand after he was arrested on April 1, 2008 be granted bail on the basis of report of the narco analysis examination.
Appearing on behalf of the state Additional advocate general BS Slathia submitted before the High court that they need some more time to file their objections in the case .Justice Hali then directed him to file his objections on or before Monday and also produce case diary of the case. |
