Court grants Cahitaniya’s one day judicial remand

Forest Magistrate Jammu Yahaya Firdous Ahangar today granted one day more judicial remand to Captain Chataniya Bhatwadaker who was produced in custody by the Gangyal Police in the Court with the request for more judicial remand. Court after hearing police granted one day more judicial remand.
According to the police case Captain Mega Razdan w/o Captain Chatanya Bhatwadekar was found hanging on July 1, 2007 at Kunjwani Army Quarters and police initiated investigation in the mysterious death and registered a case U/Ss 306 (abetment to suicide) & 498-A (cruelty) RPC.
While granting judicial remand Forest Magistrate Mr. Yahaya Firdous Ahangar after perused the remand application filed by the police and case dairy granted one day more judicial remand. The accused who was arrested in the case on April 1, 2008 in Fir 34/2008 u/s 306/498-A RPC, the investigation of the case is in progress on the request of the police the accused is remanded to Judicial Custody.
