| Teachers’ orientation programme held | | | Early Times Reporter

An advanced teachers’ orientation workshop conducted today at Army Public School Rajouri. The workshop aims at enhancing the skills of teachers over the spectrum of handling teaching, managing children and also the parent teacher interface. It is being conducted by an experienced team headed by Brigadier (Retired) Trigunesh Mukherjee, AVSM, senior facilitator with Expert Executive Education, an organization that works in the spheres of teamship, leadership, coaching and mentoring both for the corporate world as well as educational institutions.
The 40 participants from District Rajouri are presently teaching at Valley View Army Public School and Army Goodwill Public School at Rajouri, Pinewood School at Hamirpur and New National Public School at Naohshera. The participants are of the opinion that this workshop has guided them in the right direction to utilize and enhance their teaching capabilities to the maximum. |
