Biilawar police produced challan against Naib Tehsildar, Patwari, Girdawar and other revenue officials for executing fake documents providing benefit to Dina Nath and his sons. Few months back late Sant Ram’s son lodged a written complaint in police station Billawar against revenue officials for their connivance with Dina Nath to execute fake documents against their property. In his statement, he told police that a property deed was shown to him by Dina Nath and his sons bearing his father’s fake signature, to evacuate the property. A police team under the supervision of ASP Benam Toshi during investigation found out that the signature on transfer deed of property order by Sant Ram was much after his death and this revealed connivance of Naib Tehsildar Makhan Singh Girdawar Abdul Gaffar, Patwari Agya Ram and other revenue officials with Dina Nath and his sons.
