183 cross over LoC

A fresh batch of one hundred and eighty three persons crossed the actual line of control via Chaka-de-Bagh in Poonch sector today.
After the opening of this bus service the authorities have for the first time issued 60 permits instead of 230 so that more and more people could visit each others country to meet their relatives.
It is pertinent to mention that only 30 permits were issued in last turns of exchange. "We are very happy with the decision taken by the government" Muhammad Nazir told News Agency of Kashmir.
The Chaka-de-Bagh has been opened to facilitate the people to people contact between the two parts of the Jammu and Kashmir state besides enabling the separated families to meet with their relatives living on wither side of LoC.
Sources told that 183 persons crossed Line of Actual Control from either side.
Sources said that one hundred and two people from different villages of Rajouri-Poonch crossed over to Pakistan occupied Kashmir (PoK), while as eighty one persons crossed to this side from other side.
