A woman jumped into Chenab river reportedly in a bid to end her life here today. Giving details sources said that one Rajni Devi of 35 years W/o Mohan Lal r/o Pallawan, Akhnoor made an abortive bid to end her life by jumping into river Chenab. She was rescued by two youth sitting on the shore. She was referred to GMC Jammu. Meanwhile in another accident a lineman identified as Both Raj S/o Dev Raj r/o Gadi, Garota got electric shock while climbing an electric poles. He too was rushed to GMC hospital. |
