The two-day third District Taekwondo Championship, organized by Kargil Taekwondo Association concluded today with the holding of prize distribution function at Indoor Stadium, here today.
In the finals and prize distribution function, Nasir Hussain Munshi, Executive Councilor, Lahoor was chief guest while Haji Mirza Hussain, District Youth Services and Sports Officer was guest of honour.

GIRLS: Below 44 kg: G Nahida, Ist; Tabassum, 2nd and S Angmo, third. Below 38 kg: Shenaz Perveen, Ist; Shabar, 2nd and Zanna, third. Open category: Shazia Batul, Ist; Nazia Nazir, 2nd.
BOYS: Khalil Hussain, Ist; Feroz Ahmed, 2nd and Mohd Sharif and Muslim, joint third. Fly category: Mehmood, Ist; Mohd Ilyas, 2nd; Mohd Ali and Ali Khan, joint third. Open: Mehmood, Ist; Manzoor Hussain, 2nd; Abass Ali Mastan and Mohd Ali Baghee, joint third. |
