Peace to return to Kashmir
9/4/2019 8:48:39 PM
Following the issuance of security advisory to the students who are studying in various professional colleges in Kashmir have left their colleges as the rumour mongering had been at its peak. Post security advisory issued by the Jammu and Kashmir Government, over 500 students, pursuing professional studies in different colleges, who have arrived here from Srinagar, left for their hometowns by trains from Jammu Tawi Railway Station police said that the students from different parts of the country started arriving at Jammu Tawi Railway Station late last night in a fleet of State Road Transport Corporation buses from NIT Srinagar and other professional colleges.
The students after getting the tickets, were accommodated in different trains so that they can reach to their respective places. "Last night the students boarded Shri Shakti Express and Madras Express to reach homes, the police stated, adding that on Sunday, the students, who reached here in the morning, were sent in Malwa Express and Super Express." The remaining students, who reached in the afternoon, will be sent in Begumpura Express, they said. However, the Jammu GRP in the morning arranged breakfast for the students at the platform and lunch as well. It was a sort of anti-panic measure so that these students do not carry bad impression while meeting their friends in their home town. This indicates beyond any doubt that the situation in the Kashmir valley is not conducive for those coming from the rest of the valley several hundred youth from Kashmir joined the Army recruitment programnme in Reasi. This indicates that peace is not far off and Kashmir is ys on the path of stability.
This was done when the Government issued an advisory to the pilgrims an d tourists to leave Kashmir and the Government to revoke Article 370 and 35 -A. And the Government had anticipated violence but for the house arrest of separatists and mainstream politicians things would have assumed tedious job for the security forces to maintain peace. Though Kashmir is still without peace but lot of violence which had anticipated by the Government has not been there. This is the result of keeping the separatists, mainstream politicians under house arrest. And Pakistan too has tried, many a times to create law and order problem but so far it has not succeeded. It has threatened India with attack from its nuclear weapons and but on the other hand it calls for bilateral talks. Indicating that since the world has stated that whatever India does in Kashmir it is its internal problems.
