Jammu | June 5

Launching a scathing attack on the congress led coalition Govt for allegedly misappropriating public funds and misuse of public exchequer for petty personal motives and political consideration, Harsh Dev Singh, MLA from Panthers Party said that Panthers will launch an offensive full throttle against the abuse of authority and powers by coalition govt. and expose it for its acts of omission and commission. Addressing a press conference here he said that Panthers Party has already filed two writ petitions in state high court, one challenging the establishment of colleges on arbitrary basis and on personal consideration in Kilhotrian and Dharmari and another challenging back door appointments made in various deptts including police, in violation of all norms and regulations.
He added that Panthers take strong exception to the violation of Sec 38 of J&K Constitution which prescribes restriction in the size of ministry to twenty percent of total membership of both houses.
Govt has in voilation of the spirit of Sec 38 of the J&K Cnominated a large number favorites as political advisors and chairpersons of various corporations and conferred on them status of ministers which is extra-constitutional and appointment of these is un constitution and illegal.
On BR Kundal’s resignation, he said that he has been unceremoniously removed from the post of chief secretary and his situation remains under suspense. There was a trig game plan against him, he added.
