J&K Distillers and Bottlers Industries (DBI) Association felicitated excise commissioner Abdul Hameed on his promotion as secretary to the govt.
Among the members present at the felicitation function were Mangal Sen Verma, Kuldeep Wahi, DC-executive, DC-distillers, Dc-accounts and various ETOs.
During the ceremony, Rajiv Bhatt (DC-Executive) was also congratulated and given warm welcome for his new assignment as the additional DC Srinagar.
