Jammu, Sept 18: The final matches of Chess men and women tournament, GLAZE were organized by the Department of Students Welfare at Government MAM College.
According to press release, Prof. Poonam Dhawan, Dean Academic Affairs, Cluster University of Jammu was the Chief Guest.
In men section, the match was played between GGM Science College and Govt. MAM College. Govt MAM College wins the match by 3.5-0.5 and in women section SPMR College of Commerce beat GGM Science College by 3-1.
Prof. PK Sharma Principal Govt. MAM College,Dr. Geetanjali A. Rana,Dean Faculty of Arts,Dr.Twinkle Suri Dean Students Welfare, Dr. Vinod Bakshi, Sports Coordinator, CLUJ Prof. Rakesh Koul, Prof. Davinder K Sharma, Ms.Neelam Assistant Physical Director- Govt. MAM College and Mr. Pawan Giri Assistant Physical Director- GGM Science College were present there.
The matches were officiated under the supervision of Sushil Kumar. |
