| School children, teachers taught safe, economic use of LPG | | | Early Times Reporter Jammu | June 6 Students of Dream India public higher secondary school, Manwal were given some valuable points for safe and economic use of LPG (cooking gas) by the officials of Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) today. IOC assistant manager, Bharat Bhushan Sharma on the occasion delivered the lecture on safety and conservation of LPG at home and its safety measures. Besides explaining aforesaid parameters relating to LPG safety in kitchen, stress was laid for the use of thermal efficient green label LPG stoves through authorized Indane distributors. The participants particularly girls students took active part in the detailed discussions/interacting regarding LPG safety in the kitchens. Welcoming the IOC officials Ganga Dutt Sharma principal of the school appreciated the role of corporation for conducting such educative programmes for students for the first time in Manwal area.
